Rina makes very nice prawns!!!!
Ingredients;
Salted butter
Minced garlic
Salt
How to?
Devein....then slice half with the shell on.
Rub alooooooooooooooot of salt in the prawns Be generous. Don't worry it will not be salty.
Stuff garlic in.
Stuff small piece of butter in.
Grill in oven for 15 mins.

Pork Bulgogi
Hot Pepper Paste again! The sauce taste good.
Ingredients;
Pork Loin ( Wu Hua Rou)
Big Onion
Cooking Wine
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper paste
Soy Sauce
Garlic
4 tablespoon Apple Sauce
Sugar
Sesame Oil
How to cook this?
To get rid of the pork smell and make it tender, add cooking wine, salt, pepper. Set aside for abt 10mins.
Then, mix all ingredients.
Let it sleep in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
After that stir fry. Can add spring onions
Korean Rice Cake
Ingredients;
1 packet rice cake
1 packet korean fish cake
Spring onion
big Onion
Pre Mix Sauce!
Alternative make the sauce as follows;
Hot pepper paste (Gochujang)
Some water
Sugar
Garlic
For 2-3 pax, use 1/2 of the rice cake and fish cake. Portion was too much if use the whole packet.
Chicken with Hoisin sauce
Haha! Same pose. Because I cooked the 2 on the same day. Mmmm....must find something different to cook the chicken. Season the chicken 1st.
Ingredients;
Chicken Fillet
Green and yellow capsicum ( For beautifying)
Big onion
Corn flour
Garlic
Sauce;
hoisin sauce
Ketchup
light soy sauce
Rice wine or Shaoxing wine
Sugar (optional)
How to?
1)Coat chicken with corn flour and deep fried
2) Stir fry the garlic, onions and capsicum
3) Pour all sauce in
4) Add corn flour mixture to thicken sauce if needed
5) Lastly, add in the fried chicken
P/s: Add some water if the sauce is too strong

Thai Mango Salad
Why called Thai Mango Salad and not just Mango Salad? Because of FISH SAUCE! Fish sauce really makes a difference to the taste. It taste like soy sauce but more fragrant.
Ingredients;
2 green mango ( can have 1 unripe and 1 almost ripe)
Handful peanuts. (Buy those camel or Tong's brand)
Handful dried shrimp/ Hay bi
Half a carrot
3 shallots aka small purple onions
3 tablespoon of lime juice
2 chilli padi
5 tablespoon of fish sauce ( add more if you want more taste)
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of cooking/peanut oil
