Pork Bulgogi


Hot Pepper Paste again! The sauce taste good.



Ingredients;
Pork Loin ( Wu Hua Rou)
Big Onion
Cooking Wine
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper paste
Soy Sauce
Garlic
4 tablespoon Apple Sauce
Sugar
Sesame Oil

How to cook this?

To get rid of the pork smell and make it tender, add cooking wine, salt, pepper. Set aside for abt 10mins.

Then, mix all ingredients.

Let it sleep in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

After that stir fry. Can add spring onions
