Thai Mango Salad

Thai Mango Salad




Why called Thai Mango Salad and not just Mango Salad? Because of FISH SAUCE! Fish sauce really makes a difference to the taste. It taste like soy sauce but more fragrant.

Ingredients;

2 green mango ( can have 1 unripe and 1 almost ripe)
Handful peanuts.  (Buy those camel or Tong's brand)
Handful dried shrimp/ Hay bi
Half a carrot
3 shallots aka small purple onions
3 tablespoon of lime juice
2 chilli padi
5 tablespoon of fish sauce ( add more if you want more taste)
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of cooking/peanut oil
