Haha! Same pose. Because I cooked the 2 on the same day. Mmmm....must find something different to cook the chicken. Season the chicken 1st.
Ingredients;
Chicken Fillet
Green and yellow capsicum ( For beautifying)
Big onion
Corn flour
Garlic
Sauce;
hoisin sauce
Ketchup
light soy sauce
Rice wine or Shaoxing wine
Sugar (optional)
How to?
1)Coat chicken with corn flour and deep fried
2) Stir fry the garlic, onions and capsicum
3) Pour all sauce in
4) Add corn flour mixture to thicken sauce if needed
5) Lastly, add in the fried chicken
P/s: Add some water if the sauce is too strong
